At Prahant Projects, we bring a new way of thinking to construction, one that combines the strength of experience with engineering, innovation and modern methods of building.

Our foundation is years of construction and real estate development through Prahant Group. That journey taught us how complex building is, how much execution matters, and the responsibility that comes with creating structures that last.

Today we take that experience to our clients, delivering industrial, institutional and commercial projects end to end, with one team accountable from approvals to handover.

Yagnesh Soni

Representing the next generation of the business, Yagnesh brings a forward-looking focus on innovation, advanced construction technology and new ways of building. He is focused on how engineering-led delivery and modern methods such as precast can challenge conventional practice and make construction more efficient, precise and predictable.

Together, we bring two perspectives to one shared ambition: to shape the future of construction.

Beyond conventional construction

We believe the future of building lies in moving beyond fragmented, predominantly on-site processes towards a more systematic, technology-driven approach.

That is why we take single-point responsibility for delivery, and why we bring in methods like precast where they make a project faster and more predictable. Our own precast unit, coming up on the Vasad–Bagodara Highway, will be operational in 2027.

We don't see technology as an end in itself. We see it as a way to build with more intent, bring predictability to execution, and give our clients buildings they can rely on.
